This is a study undertaken by the Howard league for Penal Reform on reintegration services in teh Canterbury region. It is a multi faceted study involving interviews with prison and regional Corrections staff, prisoners, community agencies and others. Reintegration policies and practices are in a period of significant change at present but this has led to unevenness in understandings around and access to services.
