Counting for More is focused on a pilot study of outputs and outcomes and is a major milestone for the VAVA (Value Added by Voluntary Agencies) project initiated in 2002 by the New Zealand Federation of Voluntary Welfare Organisations to provide economically valid measures of the work of voluntary organisations.
